The briefing

In February 2018, the Creative Hub of Verviers orders Otra Vista a video that will highlight the City, its creators and its innovative companies! The Hub is an initiative of the City of Verviers and the University of Liège, and more specifically of Liège Creative, a meeting-conferences forum whose key words are CREATIVITE, INNOVATION and ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

Our approach

After a few preparatory meetings with the Hub, mainly to list our selection of places / artists / companies (absolutely non-exhaustive), we go on shooting through the City, meeting dozens of people and various projects to bring back the qualitative image and thus give people of our city and elsewhere, the desire to discover all that is hidden in this city known for its rich past … Creators, artists from all walks of life, startups, innovative companies, unusual places … Verviers constantly reinvents itself and overflows with energy. This film is therefore an open window, a small (but qualitative) range of what it has to offer …
